Prior to join Royal Law Firm, Mr. Sopheak had worked as an English teacher at Pannasastra International School and the CamFirst School for about 9months. At the same time, he also volunteered to work as a personal assistant to Attorney-at-law Heang Makara at a certain law office, where he was able to learn and improve his knowledge regarding lawyer's daily works; not only litigation cases but also lots of corporate and commercial cases like corporate law, commercial law, intellectual property law, commercial contracts, and investment law. By the time he won a scholarship and got admission to enroll in a one of the top leading law universities in PR of China which is the Southwest University of Political Science and Law located in Chongqing city; He had been pursuing his higher education 2 years there for master degree focusing on international law favoring his favorite field of works while being a personal legal assistant. Since his admission on BAKC, he has advised and represented as well as defend his clients' interests with quite impressive skills in law on commercial enterprise, trademark and franchise registration, and other commercial contract matters. In addition to Khmer, he is fluent in both English and Chinese languages.
