His Excellency Dr. Heang Makara, President of Royal Law Firm, was invited to pay a wreath to honor the departed soul of His Majesty King Norodom Sihanouk, the great hero, the father of independence, territorial integrity and national unity of the Khmer people, "Preah Borom Ratanakoth", on the 13th anniversary of the event, at the East Garden of the Independence Monument, Phnom Penh, led by Oknha Te Taing Por, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Samdech Techo Foundation and President of FASMEC.
